An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a highly successful prestige franchised dealership in Newbury.

As the face of the service department, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
The Role:
- Managing customer bookings for servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Delivering a professional and friendly customer experience both face-to-face and over the phone
- Keeping customers updated throughout the service and repair process
- Liaising closely with workshop technicians to ensure efficient turnaround times
- Managing courtesy vehicles and customer handovers
- Identifying opportunities to upsell additional work, service plans, and warranties
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Service Advisor experience within a main dealership environment is essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, organised, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Full UK Driving Licence required
