Powder Coater / Warehouse Operative (Bendi FLT)

Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am–4:30pm
- Friday: 8:00am–1:00pm
- Flexibility essential — hours may vary, weekend work possible
The role of Powder Coater / Warehouse Operative:
- Supporting powder coating and production operations
- Operating a Bendi (Flexi) FLT to move stock and materials
- Loading, unloading, and organising goods within the warehouse
- Following written instructions including basic calculations
- Handling products and materials with regular heavy lifting
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
The ideal Powder Coater / Warehouse Operative:
- Valid, in-date Bendi (Flexi) Forklift Licence required
- Good English and Maths skills
- Physically fit and capable of heavy and repetitive lifting
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and flexible approach
