This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor, Private Client Lawyer, or CILEX Lawyer to join a friendly and well-established team based in South Woodham Ferrers.
This role is ideal for someone at the start of their post-qualification career who is looking to develop strong technical experience within Private Client law, while receiving structured supervision, hands-on guidance, and ongoing professional support from an experienced team.

The Role
You will assist and gradually take ownership of a varied private client caseload, working under the guidance of senior colleagues.
Your work will include:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration matters
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection related work (where applicable)
- Inheritance tax and succession planning support
- General private client advisory work
You will be supported to develop confidence in managing files independently over time, with supervision available at every stage of your development.
What We’re Looking For
- Recently qualified Solicitor, Private Client Lawyer, or CILEX Lawyer
- Some experience or training seat exposure in Private Client law
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise
- Organised, proactive, and detail-focused approach
- Ability to work well within a supportive team environment
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused attitude
- Interest in building a long-term career in Private Client law
