Summary
We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team in the new Raffaele site. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional Italian cuisine while upholding our commitment to quality and authenticity. Your contributions will help us create unforgettable moments for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure high standards of food quality and safety.
- Lead and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
- Monitor inventory levels and feedback to head chef for ordering processes to maintain stock.
- Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and restaurant protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and culinary arts.
- Experience in menu planning and inventory management is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff across departments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
