About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a premium brand car dealership in Reading (Berkshire).
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high-performing, customer-focused team representing a respected automotive brand.
You will be the key point of contact for customers, delivering a seamless and professional service experience while supporting the workshop to operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer enquiries both face-to-face and over the phone
- Booking service and repair appointments efficiently
- Providing accurate estimates and service recommendations
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
- Liaising closely with technicians and the workshop team
- Ensuring a smooth vehicle handover and high customer satisfaction
- Supporting the achievement of departmental targets
Requirements
- Current or very recent experience as a Main Dealer Service Advisor
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a franchised dealership
- Experience using Kerridge Autoline / Pinnacle systems
- Strong understanding of the EVHC (Electronic Vehicle Health Check) process
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
