About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and motivated Health & Wellbeing Support Workers to join our team at Moorland. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced support workers or people looking to get into the social care sector who are passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centered care in a supportive and well‑staffed clinical environment. You will play an essential role in ensuring safe, effective and evidence‑based practice across the Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high standards of care to service users to ensure they are effectively supported day to day.
- Following individualised care plans.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in our online platform.
- Offer support and clear communication with colleagues and service users as required.
- Uphold infection‑control and safeguarding standards.
About You
- Compassionate, caring and collaborative.
- Experience in a mental health setting is desirable but not essential.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining excellent patient care.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Pay: Up to £13.77 per hour
