We are looking for a kitchen porter to assist our kitchen team. Estimated wage £15-17 per hour including TRONC
Duties:
- Assist in food preparation under the supervision of a chef or cook.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking utensils.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Receive and store food supplies and ingredients.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries.
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with the kitchen team.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
