We are now looking for enthusiastic and experienced Supervisors to join the Casa Bianca family across a number of our locations and help deliver outstanding service every day.
The Role
As a Supervisor, you will:
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team with positivity and energy
- Ensure excellent customer service and a warm Italian welcome for every guest
- Assist with staff rotas and shift organisation
- Help monitor stock levels and maintain high standards
- Train and support team members to reach their full potential
- Handle customer queries professionally and confidently
- Maintain the friendly atmosphere Casa Bianca is known for
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or restaurants
- Is confident leading a team and working in a fast-paced environment
- Leads by example and enjoys being hands-on
- Has strong organisational and communication skills
- Brings passion, personality, and pride into their work every day
- Understands the importance of teamwork, family values, and customer experience
- Holds a full UK driving licence (preferred), as the role may involve working across multiple sites
