MNM Property Services is a well-established social housing maintenance contractor providing responsive repairs and property maintenance services across London. We are currently looking for an experienced Mould Wash Treatment Operative to join our growing team.
- £17–£19 per hour (depending on experience)

- 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Mainly covering Greater London
- Experience carrying out mould wash treatments and damp-related works
- Experience in social housing (advantageous)
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Own tools required
- Right to work in the UK
- Good understanding of health & safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Painting/decorating or additional trade skills are a bonus
- Carry out mould wash and anti-fungal treatments in occupied properties
- Prepare surfaces and complete minor remedial works where required
- Identify and report signs of damp, condensation, or ventilation issues
- Take before and after job photos
- Accurately record materials used and works completed
- Communicate professionally with residents and office staff
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
