Commercial Gas Engineer
Location : Folkestone & Hythe ( LOCAL KENT WORK )

- Basic salary from £48,000 - £ £55,471.00 (depending on experience)
- 42.5 hour working week
- Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm
- On call 1 in 6 days OR 1 in 4 weeks (discussed at interview)

Operating primarily across London and the South East, we specialise in maintaining and improving residential and commercial properties which include libraries, civic centres, office blocks and schools
Key Responsibilities:
· Servicing, maintenance and repair of commercial gas and plumbing systems.
· Diagnose and repair faults on boilers, heating systems, and associated pipework.
· Undertake reactive and planned maintenance (PPM) tasks in commercial environments.
· Ensure all works comply with Gas Safe, Health & Safety, and environmental regulations.
· Work effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure high service standards and efficient
Essential Qualifications / Experience:
· Domestic Gas qualification (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1)
· Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1A, TPCP1,ICPN1 )
· Minimum 5 years recent experience working on Commercial Gas Equipment
· Driver’s Licence
· Enhances DBS check
