Registered Veterinary Nurse - Feltham

Our client is seeking an RVN who is eager to help shape the clinic's operations, team dynamics, and patient care standards from its inception. The Role
As a key member of the surgery team, the successful candidate will play a central role in delivering exceptional clinical care and an outstanding client experience. This position offers significant influence over how the practice runs, how the team collaborates, and how care is delivered, all within a supportive environment provided by one of the UK’s largest independent, family-owned veterinary groups. The practice encourages the full utilisation of nursing skills, from nurse clinics and Schedule 3 procedures to inpatient care, anaesthesia, and client education, within a modern, well-equipped setting designed with both patients and teams in mind.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting veterinary surgeons in consultations, diagnostics, and surgery.
- Running nurse clinics and promoting preventive healthcare.
- Delivering inpatient care and monitoring anaesthesia.
- Undertaking laboratory work, radiography, and theatre duties.
- Supporting and mentoring student nurses where applicable.
- Providing a warm, professional experience for every client and patient.

Working Pattern
The role involves a full-time rota of 4 x 9-hour days, averaging 39 hours per week, including evenings and 1:4 weekends. Nurse care nights are included, with accommodation provided when required. Flexible working options will be considered.
