The Labourer / Fitter’s Mate supports our lead installer on-site with the fitting of windows, doors, conservatories, and warm roofs. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role where tidiness, professionalism, and customer awareness are absolutely essential. You’ll be representing our brand inside customers’ homes, so the right attitude matters just as much as practical skill.
Requirements -
Labouring experience — minimum 1 year in a hands-on labouring or construction role.
Teamwork — works well alongside a lead fitter and supports them proactively.
Customer awareness — understands the importance of respect, cleanliness, and professionalism in customers’ homes.
Basic tool knowledge — comfortable using hand tools and power tools safely.
Pay: £28,500.00-£29,500.00 per year
