Fleet Administrator - Doncaster
As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a core role in the success of our fleet operations, supporting a busy corporate sales team and ensuring our customers receive a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Processing new vehicle orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Registering, taxing, and invoicing vehicles in preparation for delivery.

Raising workshop and valet preparation instructions.

Keeping customers updated on order progress and expected arrival dates.

Liaising with internal teams to ensure vehicles meet customer requirements.

Assisting with customer specification and lead time queries.

Contacting customers to arrange deliveries.

Checking and reconciling manufacturer support payments on new registrations.

Maintaining accurate records and administration throughout.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment:

Previous experience in vehicle sales administration or fleet administration would be advantageous, but not essential — training will be provided.

Proven background in a busy administrative role with high attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.

Highly organised, able to prioritise workload, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.

A positive, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
