The role
No two days are quite the same, but you'll be helping with things like:
- General administration and office support
- Speaking with customers in person and over the phone
- Managing diaries and appointments
- Booking and coordinating property viewings
- Helping keep the office running smoothly
- And plenty of other day-to-day tasks that make you an invaluable part of the team!
Hours
We're looking to cover one of the following working patterns:
Option 1
- Thursday & Friday : 9.00am – 5.30pm
- Saturday: 9.00am – 1.00pm
OR
Option 2
- Friday: 9.00am – 5.30pm
- Saturday: 9.00am – 1.00pm
- Monday : 9.00am – 5.30pm
About you
You'll be someone who:
- Is organised, reliable and enjoys being busy
- Has great communication and customer service skills
- Can juggle a few tasks without breaking a sweat
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Enjoys working as part of a friendly team
- Previous administration or customer service experience is a bonus, but personality and enthusiasm are just as important.
