Job Summary
The job of the Asset Coach is:
To assist people to move through challenging transitions so they can take control of their life and thrive within their community.
To build one-to-one relationships with individuals to help them identify and nurture their strengths, passions, interests and inter-dependence with the wider community.
To challenge a broken system and make changes that will help people thrive.
The goal of the service is that young people will strengthen their sense of identity, build their confidence and self-worth, and connect with the community outside of the homelessness sector and statutory services.
