Role Summary
Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor seeking a role that offers both flexibility and variety? Join our dedicated team in this hybrid position, combining home-based work with onsite clinic cover across the Somerset area as required.
In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting employee health and wellbeing through a diverse range of occupational health services. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting workplace assessments and identifying potential health risks
Delivering sickness absence management, health surveillance, pre-employment, and fitness-for-work screenings
Providing expert advice on both physical and mental health matters
Maintaining the highest standards of clinical and professional practice

Who Are We Looking For?
- Registered General Nurse with proven experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor
- Current NMC Registration
- You will need to be a proactive, friendly and professional person who is confident managing their own workload.
- The role also involves travelling to clinics, so a full UK driving license is a must.
