We are growing and on the lookout for a dynamic IT & Database Assistant to join our team. In this unique dual role, you’ll take ownership of Airtable system development (70%) and provide essential support for our internal IT infrastructure (30%).
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Airtable Development & Management
- Design, develop, and maintain Airtable databases to support key organisational processes.
- Implement scripts, automations, and integrations to streamline workflows.
- Troubleshoot performance and configuration issues within Airtable systems.
- Collaborate with staff to translate needs into functional database solutions.
- Deliver documentation, training, and end-user support for Airtable use.
IT Systems & Support
- Provide IT support to staff, resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Assist with setup and maintenance of devices including computers, printers, and phones.
- Manage accounts, permissions, and uphold IT security policies.
- Maintain backups and disaster recovery protocols to ensure data security.
- Monitor and support network infrastructure.
- Maintain IT inventory and liaise with vendors for support and equipment.
- Deliver training on IT use, security, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Experience in IT support roles.
- Strong end-user support in hardware and software.
- Skilled in database design, automation, and data management.
- Sound knowledge of ETL process, planning, and implementation.
- Proficiency with Airtable development (scripts, automations, APIs).
- Proficiency in automation tools like Zapier and Make.
- Solid networking knowledge (wired/wireless).
- Proficient in cloud storage and IT troubleshooting.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Strong training and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with independence and clarity.
Desirable
- Experience with network security and server maintenance.
- Certifications like CCNA, Network+, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier and Make.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, SharePoint, Google Drive).
- Background in IT infrastructure support.
