Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and reliable Groundworkers to join our clients team for ongoing projects in Gloucestershire. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work as part of a team, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on site.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of groundworks duties including, but not limited to, digging, drainage, paving, concreting, and kerbing.
Preparation of sites, ensuring the correct setting out of groundworks.
Operate hand tools and small plant machinery (where qualified).
Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures on all sites.
Work closely with the site supervisor and other team members to complete tasks on time.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Groundworker.
Valid in date tickets are a must (CPCS or NPORS)
Ability to read and understand site plans and drawings.
Knowledge of health and safety practices in construction.
Good physical fitness for the demands of the job.
Strong team-working skills and communication ability.
Full UK driving license (preferred but not essential).
