What you’ll do
- Lead, motivate and support your team to deliver exceptional childcare.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with EYFS and safeguarding standards.
- Build positive relationships with parents and support children’s learning and development.
- Manage budgets, occupancy, and staffing effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement across all areas of the nursery.
What we’re looking for
- Level 3 or above in Early Years Education (Level 5+ preferred).
- Experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up.
- Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
- A passion for providing outstanding care and learning experiences.
