Hotel Endsleigh is surrounded by a magical Humphrey Repton designed garden overlooking the River Tamar. Consisting of formal gardens, and wooded valleys, with streams, cascades and waterfalls, it has been described as one of the country’s most romantic gardens.
We currently have an opportunity for a full time gardener. The successful candidate will be hardworking, reliable and fit to undertake this physically demanding role, will have horticultural experience, a genuine interest in plants and and a desire to learn.
Full clean driving licence and experience using horticultural machinery is required and chainsaw and backpack sprayer certification would be a distinct advantage.
The role is full time Monday-Friday with occasional weekend working.
Hourly rate beginning at £13.50 plus service charge of approximately £5,000 per annum (based on full time hours) which equates to £2.40 per hour.
