Location: Andover, Hampshire
Salary: From £27,500 per annum
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Due to an internal promotion, we're looking for an organised, proactive and motivated Operations & People Coordinator to join our Head Office team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing business where no two days are the same. Working across our Operations and People functions, you'll play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly by supporting managers, coordinating recruitment and HR administration, maintaining operational compliance and ensuring our frontline teams have everything they need to deliver outstanding service.

What you'll be doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating operational paperwork for our events portfolio, ensuring assignment instructions, joining instructions and supporting documentation are accurate and available ahead of deployments.
- Supporting operational managers with staffing requests and workforce administration.
- Maintaining employee records, training records and compliance through our workforce management systems.
- Monitoring licences, qualifications and operational compliance requirements.
- Supporting the employee lifecycle, including new starters, contractual changes and leavers.
- Completing pre-employment checks including Right to Work, DBS, referencing and BS7858 vetting.
- Supporting recruitment campaigns from advertising through to onboarding.
- Arranging interviews, managing candidate communications and conducting first-stage interviews where appropriate.
- Producing internal communications and company newsletters.
- Supporting investigations, meetings and wider People administration.
- Producing reports and helping to improve administrative processes across the business.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in an administration or coordinator role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Confidence building relationships with colleagues across all levels of the business.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Desirable experience
- Experience in HR or people administration.
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding.
- Knowledge of workforce management systems or similar custom systems
- Security industry experience or knowledge of SIA licensing requirements.
