About You:
- You love what you do and are passionate about massage and holistic therapies.
- You want to work somewhere that values your input and ideas.
- You’re a team player, happy to collaborate and problem-solve together.
- You’re dependable and understand how important each team member is to the smooth running of the spa.
- You hold an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) and are looking for a fulfilling role in a busy, five-star holistic spa.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing exceptional, personalised treatments that make a real difference to clients.
- Keeping treatment rooms and spa areas clean, stocked, and welcoming.
- Recommending the best aftercare to help clients continue their wellness journey.
- Supporting the team with front-of-house duties when needed.
Salary: £12.65 per hour, plus commission and tips. Hours: Full-time or part-time (25 – 37.5 hours per week). (The current hourly rate will increase from 1st April 2026)
