Goldsmith – Jobbing Jeweller in Eastbourne

About GA & the Job Offered:
We’re a family run independent manufacturing jewellers with ten branches and five workshops based along the Sussex coast. We are looking to hire a Fulltime Goldsmith for our onsite workshop in our Eastbourne branch. The work involved will be everything from standard repairs, ring resizing, retipping, polishing & cleaning castings, up to working on bespoke jobs. It’s important to be actively involved in the process of manufacturing and decision making on how to do certain repairs/designs.
We’re looking for a friendly presentable individual capable of working with a team of three others. Customer facing experience is beneficial to the role as it maybe required at times.
Contract:
The job offered is a full-time role at a maximum of 37.5 hours a week spread across five days working from 9am to 5.30pm with one hours lunch break, the branch workshop is open Monday to Saturday which gives Sunday and one other day off in the week.
Salary
Negotiable depending on experience base of £28,000-£33,000.
