Requirements:
· Must be 21 of age and over to work in children’s residential home
· Full UK Drivers licence is required along with vehicle accessibility
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
· Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Have (or be willing to complete) an enhanced DBS check
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day care, emotional support, and guidance to children and young people
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and stable home environment
- Support children with routines, education, activities, and life skills
· Be ready to make every day different! From cooking up a storm in the kitchen to kicking a ball in the garden or even trying your hand at some music or crafts, you’ll bring structure, fun, and support to children who need it
- Build positive, trusting relationships and encourage independence. Enthusiasm & Resilience: You're eager to make a difference and handle challenges with positivity, a proactive, flexible approach to work and problem-solving.
Calm under pressure, with the ability to stay composed in challenging situations.
