The Role
As the face of our trade counter, you will play a vital role in keeping our business moving. Your daily duties will include:
- Customer Service: Welcoming and assisting trade and retail customers at the counter.
- Sales Support: Handling inquiries and taking orders efficiently over the phone.
- Order Processing: Managing payments, processing transactions, and promoting sales.
- Teamwork: Working closely with the yard and office teams to ensure smooth operations.
What We Are Looking For
- Sales Experience essential. At least 1 year of experience working in a retail environment
- Good communication skills essential
- Basic computer skills, full training will be given on our system.
Working hours Monday to Friday, 7.30am-5pm plus the occasional Saturday morning, 8.30-12pm. Bonus scheme applies
