UKB4C LTD is a leading online retailer supplying car parts, accessories, camping and leisure equipment through our websites, eBay, and Amazon marketplaces. With the recent opening of our brand-new camping and leisure showroom, we are excited to expand our customer service team and are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join us.
The Role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers across multiple sales channels. You will communicate with customers via email, live chat, and online marketplaces, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
This is a varied role that combines online customer support with face-to-face customer service within our retail showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, online chat, eBay, Amazon, and our company websites.
- Assist customers with order updates, delivery tracking, product information, and warranty requests.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Support customers visiting our camping and leisure showroom.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure high levels of attention to detail.

Wednesday - Friday 9am - 4.30pm
