We are expanding and looking for an experienced Vehicle Customiser Installer to join our team.
You will be working on premium vehicles including Ferrari, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Lamborghini and other high-end brands, delivering bespoke upgrades with a strong focus on quality, precision and finish.
This is not a volume-based role.
This is craftsmanship, attention to detail and pride in your work.

Example Projects You’ll Work On
- Porsche 911 full sound system upgrades and sound deadening
- Ferrari audio upgrades with OEM integration
- BMW custom boot builds and fabrication work
- Full vehicle soundproofing and interior rebuilds
- High-end DSP tuning and system optimisation
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing high-end audio systems, speakers, amplifiers and subwoofers
- Vehicle strip-downs and full sound deadening
- Bespoke fabrication including custom panels, amp racks and trims
- OEM system integration and electrical work
- Installing trackers, dash cams, lighting and security systems
- Supporting wider vehicle upgrades including styling and protection
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional workspace
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in vehicle customisation, auto electrics or car audio (Required)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Confident working on premium or high-value vehicles
- Ability to diagnose faults and problem-solve independently
- Highly reliable, confident and professional in manner
- Able to consistently meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional standards
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability with attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence (Required)

- £29,000 to £45,000 depending on experience

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:30am to 5:00pm
Very occasional field-based work when required
