Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience as a Pastry Chef with proven reliability and pastry skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining quality under pressure

Strong understanding of food hygiene, allergen management, and labelling regulations

Up-to-date food safety and hygiene certifications

Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and team-focused approach

Clean chef whites/uniform and own knives/equipment required
