Term-Time Only (39 Weeks, Paid Salary) – Potential to Extend to full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and motivate a team of early years practitioners
- Oversee daily operations, safeguarding, and compliance with EYFS
- Manage admissions, records, and policies
- Support children with EHCPs, IEPs, and tailored learning plans
- Plan and deliver engaging curriculum and activities
- Build strong partnerships with parents, staff, and external professionals
- Organise staff training, parent meetings, and team development
Requirements:
- Level 3+ in Early Years Education / Childcare (essential)
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, or Room Leader with leadership responsibility
- Strong understanding of EYFS, child development, and safeguarding
- Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Genuine passion for early years education
