E-commerce Marketing Executive (Full-Time)

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated E-commerce Marketing Executive to manage and grow the online presence of two e-commerce stores. This is a full-time role offering the opportunity to take ownership of digital marketing, paid advertising, SEO, website management, and overall online growth strategy.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and experienced in scaling e-commerce brands through Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, website optimization, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across two e-commerce stores.
- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive sales and maximize ROI.
- Implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content improvements, and technical SEO.
- Perform regular website updates, content management, product uploads, and landing page optimization.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Execute social media marketing initiatives to increase engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
- Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, UX/UI improvements, and customer journey enhancements.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives and sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce digital marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO.
- Experience managing e-commerce websites, preferably using platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience best practices.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or SQL is an advantage.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools is desirable.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
