We are looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a busy manufacturing business in Loughborough LE11.
This is a temp to perm opportunity with steady hours, premium overtime, and the chance to join a growing paint shop team.

The role
- To spray Paint large Panels
- To clean and seal large units.
- Working to a high standard of quality
- Supporting the team to meet production targets
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
What we are looking for
- Experience in spraying large-scale metal items. Ideally similar to the large steel containers
- Understanding of COSHH and paint data sheets.
- Good knowledge of paint specs and mixing ratios - hardeners, thinners, etc
- Ability to Quality check before and after spray
- Ability to attain a high-quality finish using our air-assisted spray system, with the possibility of occasionally switching to an airless system.
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong teamwork
