We are looking for an experienced and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our Upstairs Dining Room team.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and takes pride in providing polished, attentive service. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience, anticipating guests' needs, and maintaining the highest standards of service in a refined dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional, attentive table service throughout each guest's visit
- Welcome guests warmly and create a relaxed, professional dining experience
- Present menus confidently and provide knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations
- Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide efficient service throughout their meal
- Ensure tables are set, maintained, and reset to a high standard
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and feedback professionally and promptly
- Process bills and payments accurately
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar to communicate dietary requirements and special requests
Service Standards
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism throughout service
- Follow opening and closing duty procedures
- Use SevenRooms, Toast POS, and telephone systems confidently and accurately
- Stay informed on menus, daily specials, wines, and seasonal offerings
Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Support fellow team members during busy periods
