Are you an experienced property professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a proven, energetic Lettings Negotiator to join our team. This role requires an individual who can hit the ground running, manage listings independently, and deliver exceptional results from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords, matching the right people with the right homes and scheduling viewings
- Property Operations: Conduct thorough property inspections and oversee day-to-day property maintenance issues, keeping landlords informed at all times and chasing contractors.
- Property Showings: Attend and conduct viewings for lettings and sales properties.
- Administration & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of tenancy agreements and ensure all legal compliance documentation is accurate.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record working as a Lettings Negotiator or within residential property management.
- Communication: A natural "people person" with strong negotiation, verbal and written skills.
- Organisation: Ability to juggle a busy diary, prioritize viewings and maintenance issues and manage heavy paperwork efficiently.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with administrative tasks and proficient with standard property management software, WORD and EXCEL.
- Reliability: A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
