Mechanical Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Multiple positions
Location: Yorkshire (Leeds / Doncaster / Sheffield / York / Huddersfield / Bradford Scarborough )
Salary Up to £80,000 package including £7,000–£8,000 Car Allowance + Bonus + Private Healthcare + Benefits
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Projects: Large-scale commercial projects (£10m–£15m M&E value)
Travel: Yorkshire-based projects only – no staying away required
The Opportunity
We are looking to appoint an experienced M&E Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to deliver high-value commercial projects across Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of M&E projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Deliver projects valued up to £10m–£15m (M&E)
- Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and supply chain partners
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Lead client meetings and maintain strong working relationships
- Oversee health & safety compliance across all project phases
- Monitor commercial performance alongside commercial teams
- Manage project programmes, resources, and reporting
- Support and mentor junior team members where required
Requirements
- Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
- Strong track record delivering commercial projects (£5m+ M&E preferred)
- Mechanical or Electrical bias considered
- Experience working for an M&E contractor or main contractor
- Strong understanding of project delivery, programme management, and coordination
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- SMSTS / First Aid
- Experience within commercial, healthcare, education, or mixed-use sectors
