Sales Executive (Field-Based – London & South East)

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive new business and grow customer accounts across London and the South East.
This is a hands-on, high-energy sales role for someone who thrives on winning new business, building relationships, and being out in the field every day. You will be based from our London office, working across territory daily, with occasional visits to our factory in Minster, Ramsgate (Kent).
What you’ll be doing
- Actively winning new B2B customers (not waiting for leads)
- Cold calling, prospecting, and building your own pipeline
- Meeting clients face-to-face and closing deals
- Driving sales of carton and packaging solutions across your territory
- Managing opportunities from first contact through to close
- Consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Working closely with our Kent factory to ensure smooth delivery and execution
What we’re looking for
- Proven B2B sales experience (field sales or new business focus preferred)
- Experience in printing, packaging, cartons or similar industries is a strong advantage
- Confident, resilient, and highly motivated
- Strong communicator and natural relationship builder
- Target-driven with a strong work ethic
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Comfortable being on the road and meeting clients daily
