Salary: £13.45 to £13.75per hour (dependent on level of qualification)
Sleep Rate: £55.00 per sleep
Overtime Rate: £15.00 per hour

The Role:
As a Support worker in this solo setting, you will become an essential part of an individual’s life by delivering person-centred support that is focused on all aspects of their health, wellbeing, independence, and development. This position requires experience with behaviours that challenge, and knowledge of forensic services would be of benefit.
You will be responsible for:
· Tailoring your support approach to meet the needs of each individual’s support plan.
· Providing a safe and positive living environment.
· Communicating well with others.

· Working shifts as part of a rolling rota (including long shifts, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, and bank holidays).
Experience of a similar role would be beneficial; however, it is not essential because we provide ourselves on facilitating a bespoke learning and development programme that encourages career progression within our organisation and social care profession.
