Purpose of the Role
To provide high-quality customer support within the Environmental Products divisionby responding to customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and supporting the sales function to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and commercial success.
Key Tasks
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone, with a primary focus on email communication.
- Prepare and issue accurate product quotations to customers.
- Answer customer queries regarding stock availability, delivery schedules, account details, and production status.
- Process and manage sales orders using the in-house order processing system.
- Resolve customer complaints by working collaboratively with internal departments.
- Provide basic technical support and product guidance to customers.
- Support external sales representatives with quotations, order processing, and administrative tasks.
- Follow up with prospective customers to confirm receipt of quotations or product literature and offer further assistance prior to order placement.
Key Objectives
- Deliver timely and accurate responses to customer enquiries in line with agreed service level expectations.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and effective issue resolution.
- Actively contribute to the achievement of team sales targets by identifying up-selling opportunities.
- Ensure all sales orders are processed accurately to minimise errors, delays, and rework.
- Support the sales team in achieving quarterly and annual sales targets through effective customer follow-up and administrative support.

Working Hours
Full-time, permanent position.
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
30-minute lunch break.
Monthly pay in arrears (by the 28th of each month).
