Job Title: Part-time Carers – Eastbourne
Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex, UK
About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and proactive Part-time carers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be caring, approachable, and a strong team player. This role requires driving and flexibility to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily activities and promote independence
- Work as part of a friendly and supportive team
- Maintain clear communication with clients and the care team
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle
- Must have a phone for communication
- Business insurance required
- Experience in caregiving is preferred but not essential
- Must be based in or near Eastbourne
- Caring, approachable, and team-oriented attitude
Additional Information:
- This is a part-time position. (You will have to be able to work alternative weekends)
- Paid mileage of 45p per mile between calls.
- Employment with paid holiday and pension.
- We can offer apprenticeship routes and nationally recognised qualifications (Care Certificate, NVQs) after your 3 month probation. (over16hours)
