Overview
We are seeking an exceptionally polished, reliable, and discreet Receptionist to join our exclusive luxury clinic. This role is pivotal in delivering a seamless, first-class experience to our high-end clientele. The successful candidate will be professional, composed, and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to anticipate client needs while maintaining absolute confidentiality.
As the first point of contact, you will represent the clinic’s brand, values, and standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional, and personalised welcome to clients and visitors
- Manage incoming calls with impeccable telephone etiquette and discretion
- Maintain the reception and clinic environment to the highest luxury standards at all times
- Handle sensitive client information with complete confidentiality
- Ensure accurate data entry and meticulous record keeping
- Coordinate appointments and manage staff calendars efficiently
- Support the clinic team with administrative duties as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous reception or front-of-house experience preferred, ideally within a luxury, medical, aesthetics, wellness, or high-end hospitality environment
- Strong computer and booking system proficiency
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Calm, professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly reliable, well-presented, and confident working in a fast-paced luxury setting
- Discretion and professionalism are essential
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
Availability
- Saturdays are essential
- Shifts primarily 12:00pm – 8:00pm, sometimes 9-5pm
- 3 of 8 hours days per week, with up to 4 days occasionally based on clinic requirements
- Flexibility required to cover holidays and peak periods
Remuneration & Benefits
- 13£ per hour
- Additional bonus for each confirmed booking
- £100 monthly travel allowance
