# Remote Recruitment Consultant (Work From Home)

**Hours:** Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
**Salary:** £45,000 – £85,000 per year + Uncapped Bonuses

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team remotely and help us recruit top talent across the construction and property maintenance sector.
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home while building a rewarding career with excellent earning potential.
## The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and booking interviews for management using Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
### Responsibilities
* Search for candidates on Indeed and other job boards
* Call applicants and conduct telephone screenings
* Book interviews with management
* Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Post and manage job advertisements
* Build relationships with construction professionals
* Assist with onboarding successful candidates
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and databases

## Requirements
### Essential
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Comfortable speaking on the phone all day
✔ Strong organisational skills
✔ Self-motivated and target-driven
✔ Reliable internet connection and home working setup
✔ Ability to work independently
### Desirable
✔ Previous recruitment experience
✔ Sales or telesales experience
✔ Experience using Indeed, CV Library, Reed, or TotalJobs
✔ Construction industry knowledge
