With demand increasing, we are looking for a reliable and proactive Part-Time Personal Assistant to support the business owner in staying organised and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Role Overview:
The Personal Assistant will play a key role in managing communications, scheduling, and administration. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, professional, and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for business and customer enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Manage the owner’s inbox, calls, and messages; prioritise and draft responses as needed.
- Organise and maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and preparing documents.
- Support with customer orders, supplier communications, and general business correspondence.
- Help streamline systems for managing enquiries, scheduling, and workflow.
- Provide ad hoc support to the owner to enable them to focus on business growth and operations.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role (experience in food, retail, or wholesale sectors is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, email platforms, and scheduling tools.
- Professional, proactive, and trustworthy.
Hours & Pay:
- Part-time, flexible hours (to be discussed).
- Competitive hourly rate, depending on experience.
