Senior Recruitment Consultant - Industrial Recruitment (Glasgow)
- £42,000 - £45,000 basic depending on level and experience
- Company Car or allowance of £6,000 p/annum

We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Industrial Senior Consultant to step you up into a Branch Manager role based in Glasgow. This could be a good opportunity for a Senior Consultant ready to take the the next step in their career. You will be responsible for growing the existing business by creating new opportunities with Warehouse and Production Managers in Glasgow and surrounding areas.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Arranging and attending new client meetings
- Implementing processes and procedures to ensure the division is fully compliant
- Speaking to Warehouse Managers and Supervisors to introduce the company and the service we offer
- Growing the team and making critical hires
- Conducting daily branch meetings
- Regularly attend clients sites to check they are happy with the service
- Arranging and attending new client meetings
- Ensure that all candidates are fully compliant

Pay: £42,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
