About the Role
AGSM Maintenance Ltd is a growing property maintenance and compliance business looking for a proactive and organised Finance Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day finance function.
This is a hands-on role ideal for an experienced bookkeeper, accounts manager or finance professional who enjoys variety and wants to be part of a friendly, fast-paced business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day company finances
- Payroll administration
- Processing supplier payments and expenses
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Raising remittances
- Managing company fuel cards and fleet administration
- Handling parking charge notices and appeals
- Liaising with external accountants
- Managing and supporting one finance team member
What We're Looking For
- Previous bookkeeping or finance management experience
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and finance systems
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Positive and proactive attitude
Desirable
- AAT qualified or qualified by experience
- Experience within construction, maintenance or property services
- Experience with Xero
