Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and modelling to support mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising activities
- Assist in the preparation of pitch books, client presentations, and transaction documentation
- Perform due diligence by analysing financial statements and assessing company valuations
- Support senior team members in managing client relationships and project timelines
- Monitor market trends and provide insights relevant to ongoing transactions
- Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure seamless execution of deals
- Maintain organised records of all transaction-related documentation and correspondence
