Overview:
PCL Direct Group Ltd are an award winning supplier of photocopier consumables, renowned for our exceptional customer service, quality products, and long-standing relationships with customers.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales & Accounts Administrator. This initially would be a part-time role covering 22.5hrs per week across 3 days (8am - 4pm); however, there is a possibility that the position could develop into a full-time role. As such, flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing business needs are imperative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process sales orders and communicate clearly with the customer.
- Provide occasional support to the Accounts Department, processing invoices and payments using Sage 50 Accounts, reports and filing.
- Liaise daily with key departments to check stock availability and keep customers informed of expected delivery dates.
- Confidently handle incoming telephone calls and emails, resolving customer enquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
- Prepare and update sales and financial reports as required.
- Assist with marketing campaigns by contacting customers regarding current promotions, special offers, and new product launches.
- Undertake additional administrative / ad-hoc tasks required for the Office Manager and Directors.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative, bookkeeping and/or customer service role.
- Experience using Sage 50 Accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
- Flexibility for cover and an understanding that the role may progress to full-time.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
