The Perfect Match (What we need from you):
- The Qualification: A full and relevant Level 3 (or higher) Early Years qualification (NVQ, CACHE, etc.).
- The Vibe: High energy, a big smile, a patient heart, and a genuine passion for early education.
- The Experience: Previous experience working magic in an early years setting.
- The Compliance: An Enhanced DBS check and excellent references (we will help you handle this!).
