Overview
H&D Recruitment is looking for high-calibre, professional Response Officers / Bouncers / Security Officers to support a series of major UK festivals and large-scale public events across the Penrith.
This is not standard security work, we are seeking top-tier, experienced door supervisors and response officers/bouncers who can operate in high-footfall, high-energy festival environments while maintaining absolute professionalism, control, and presence.
You will be deployed across prestigious events including multi-day music festivals, large concerts, and public gatherings with high attendance volumes.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing crowd control and entry/exit points at major events
- Maintaining a strong, calm, and professional presence at all times
- Responding to incidents swiftly and appropriately
- Supporting event stewards and venue management teams
- Ensuring safety of guests, staff, and performers
- De-escalating conflict situations professionally
- Conducting patrols and maintaining situational awareness
You must have:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (mandatory)
- Proven experience in festival, events, pubs or night club security
- Strong physical presence (fit, well-built, confident appearance)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in busy environments
- Strong professionalism and reliability
- Ability to work long shifts, weekends, and consecutive event days
Highly Desirable:
- Experience at large-scale UK festivals or stadium events
- Close protection or advanced security training
- Team leadership or supervisor experience

Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
