ChilliChick’s is an ambitious and rapidly expanding food brand celebrated for its bold flavours and lively dining experience. As we scale further, we are looking for an experienced and imaginative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and strengthen our brand presence across all customer touchpoints.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end marketing activity in a fast-moving environment, helping shape how the brand is perceived while driving engagement, visibility, and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels
- Ability to oversee and coordinate marketing activities across all six ChilliChick’s store locations, ensuring consistent brand presence and campaign execution throughout the business.
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies within a franchise business model, ensuring strong brand consistency and market growth.
- Lead the development and growth of the brand’s social media platforms and online community
- Direct content planning and production, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand identity
- Track and evaluate campaign performance, using insights to refine and improve marketing effectiveness
- Work closely with internal teams to support launches, seasonal promotions, and in-store campaigns
- Coordinate with external agencies, creatives, and third-party partners to deliver marketing output
- Plan and execute targeted promotional activities at both local and wider market level
- Safeguard and evolve the overall brand image and positioning in line with business goals
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within food, hospitality, retail, or consumer-facing brands
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, SEO principles, and paid media campaigns
- Ability to produce clear, engaging communication with strong creative direction
- Analytical approach with confidence in interpreting data and applying insights to improve performance
- Demonstrated experience managing full campaign lifecycles from concept through to execution
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Genuine interest in food, branding, and creating engaging customer experiences
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
