We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our expanding and vibrant team.
Experience in hospitality in a similar role would be an advantage but any individual with management experience will be considered.
The successful applicant should be customer orientated and have a strong work ethic.
The Role will be split over 5 days working a set shift pattern.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the hotel in the absence of the manager and work closely with the manager to oversee and maintain the smooth running of the business from all aspects.
Main duties will include
* Maintaining a high level of customer service
* Working hands on in all areas of the Business on a daily basis (Bar, Floor, Reception, Restaurant).
* Handling and managing cash
* Dealing with relevant paperwork and end of week reports
* Working to budgets
* Conducting staff training
* Attending and contributing to regular staff meetings.
* Contributing to social media management.
