Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Oversee all aspects of food production, including cooking, plating, and presentation.
- Develop menus in collaboration with management, incorporating seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the kitchen.
- Manage stock levels, order supplies, and control waste to optimise operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills in food preparation, cooking, and service.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor quality control to guarantee consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

Experience
- Proven supervisory experience within a professional kitchen environment.
- Extensive background in food production, cooking, and culinary arts.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
